Apple cake Recipe
|Softened butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon (adjust quantity as per taste)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon (adjust quantity as per taste)|
|Peeled chopped apples||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add to creamed mixture. (Batter will be thick and sticky)
Stir in apples and nuts. Mix well.
Spread into a greased baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpich inserted in the center comes out clean. (For me it took 45 minutes)
Serve warm or cold, with or without ice cream.
