Apple Cabbage Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/9 Teaspoon | |
| Apples | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pared | |
| 1 cup finely shredded cabbage | ||
Directions
Blend sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, sugar, salt and pepper.
Chill thoroughly.
When ready to serve slaw, pour chilled dressing over apples and cabbage and toss to coat.
