Apple Bars Recipe

| Granny smith apples | 5 , peeled and diced | |
| Walnuts chopped | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed) |

Directions
Add oil; flour, cinnamon, soda and salt andbeat until well mixed.
Mix in apples and nuts.
Spread in ungreased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
Cool in pan, cut in squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
