Apple And Raspberry Mallow Parcels Recipe
Ingredients
A little butter for greasing
6 eating apples, cored and cut into rings
100 g/4 oz raspberries
100 g/4 oz marshmallows
TO SERVE:
Whipped cream or ice cream
Directions
Butter six sheets of foil, shiny sides up.
Lay the apple rings neatly on top and scatter the raspberries over.
Snip the marshmallows with wet scissors and scatter over.
Wrap loosely but securely in the foil.
Barbecue for 5 minutes until the apples are just cooked and the marshmallows have melted.
