 Apples2 Kilogram
 Citric acid and pectin enzymes.
 Water : 7 beer bottles (boiled and cooled till lukewarm)
 Sugar1 1/2 Kilogram
 Dry yeast : 1 tbsp spread on bread.

Directions

1. Grate apples, add water.
2. Keep for 4 days and mash every day.
3. Strain and add sugar and yeast.
4. Keep for 3 weeks and siphon off into bottles. It takes six months for the wine to mature and is then ready to be consumed.
