Apple Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Apples | 2 Kilogram | |
| Citric acid and pectin enzymes. | ||
| Water : 7 beer bottles (boiled and cooled till lukewarm) | ||
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Kilogram | |
| Dry yeast : 1 tbsp spread on bread. | ||
Directions
1. Grate apples, add water.
2. Keep for 4 days and mash every day.
3. Strain and add sugar and yeast.
4. Keep for 3 weeks and siphon off into bottles. It takes six months for the wine to mature and is then ready to be consumed.
