Apple Walnut Bars Recipe

| Granny smith apple | 1 Large | |
| Rolled oats | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz) |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel, core, and finely chop apple. There should be about 1 1/2 cups.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together oatmeal, graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar until blended. Press firmly into bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan.
3. Top with chopped apples, walnuts, and coconut. Pour condensed milk over top.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove pan to a rack and let cool completely before cutting into 27 bars.
