 Head of lettuce1 Medium
 Apple2 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled
 Mandarin oranges1 11 Ounce, drained
 1 6 1/2- or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and broken in chunks
 Walnuts1/3 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon

Directions

In large salad bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice; mix well.
Toss dressing lightly with salad mixture.
