Apple & Sweet Pepper Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt or nonfat mayonnaise dressing or salad dressing | ||
| Ranch salad dressing | 1/4 Ounce | |
| Honey | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups shredded red and/or green cabbage | ||
| 1 small red or green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips | ||
| Carrot | 1 , shredded | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Apple | 1 Small, chopped | |
Directions
1 For dressing, in a small bowl stir together the yogurt or mayonnaise, dressing mix, and honey until blended. Thin with a little water, if necessary. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
2 In a large bowl combine cabbage, pepper, carrot, celery, and apple. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat.
