 2 1/4 cups soft frozen non-fat yogurt

 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 1 Egg Beater
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Lite salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 Tbs. Grape-Nuts cereal
 Raisins2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine frozen yogurt and 1/2 tsp.apple pie spice in a medium bowl.
Freeze until firm.
Arrange apple and pear slices in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
Combine flour and next 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Spoon batter over fruit slices.
Combine brown sugar, Grape-Nuts, raisins, and remaining 1/2 tsp.apple pie spice in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour boiling water over batter in a slow, steady stream.
Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Cut into 3-inch squares.
Place on individual plates and top with 1/4 cup frozen yogurt mixture.
