Apple Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large apple, pared, quartered, cored, and chopped | ||
| 1 medium-size onion, chopped | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 envelope instant chicken broth or 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon leaf rosemary, crumbled | ||
| 5 cups toasted bread cubes | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In a small frypan, heat butter or margarine.
2.Add apple and onion to it and saute well.
3.Put chicken broth, water, rosemary in the pan and let the ingredients heat until boiling.
4.Take a large bowl, place bread cubes and pour the stuffing.
SERVING
5.Serve warm in a dish.
