| 4 pork chops, 1 -inch thick | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Apple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Herb | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Raisins | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cut a horizontal slit in each pork chop to form pocket.
In small mixing bowl, combine butter, apples, stuffing mix, cheese, celery, onion, raisins, orange juice and salt; mix well.
Fill each pocket with stuffing mix; secure opening with wooden toothpicks*.
In a 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange pork chops.
Mix Worcestershire with water and brush on pork chops.
TO HEAT BY AUTO SENSOR: Cover completely with 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
Heat on COOK A8.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
