Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 center-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick (1 1/2 to 2 pounds) | ||

| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Apple Juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 to 3 1/2 teaspoons bouquet sauce | ||
| Apple Juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Cut pocket in each chop and rub with pepper. In a small bowl, combine apple, celery, raisins, green onion, sage, and cinnamon. Use this mixture to stuff pork chops. Secure opening with toothpicks or wooden skewers. Arrange chops in a 9-inch square baking dish. Pour 1/4 cup apple juice over chops, then sprinkle chops with bouquet sauce. Cover. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 5) for 17 to 20 minutes, or until chops are tender, rotating the dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
2. Blend remaining 1/2 cup apple juice and flour together in a 4-cup measure. Add salt. Pour pan juices from pork chops into measure and blend well. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot and thickened, stirring once.
