Apple Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 450 g/1 lb cooking apples | ||
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar, to taste | ||
| 15g/ 1/2 oz butter | ||
Directions
Peel, core and slice the apples and place in a saucepan with water.
Cook until the apple becomes soft.
Allow to cool then mix to a puree with the sugar and butter, using the double-bladed chopping knife.
