Ingredients
| Apples | 1 pound, quartered | |
| Water | 4 Fluid Ounce | |
| Sugar - to taste | ||
| Butter | 2 Ounce | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, put the apples and water
2) Cover the saucepan and cook over a high flame
3) Allow the apples to reduce to a pulp which will take about 15 minutes
4) Once the apples are reduced, pass them through a sieve
5) Bring the apple puree back to stove to reduce and thicken
6) The sauce should have a consistency thick enough to fall from a spoon easily
7) Add in sugar to taste also with a butter

8) Serve the sauce warm
