Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked
 Flour3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Packed brown sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Granulated Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Margarine3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 8-ounce packages Cream Cheese, softened
 Eggs2
 Apple1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Raisins1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Granulated Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine oats, flour and sugars; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Reserve 1 cup oat mixture; press remaining mixture onto bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°, 15 minutes.
Combine cream cheese and eggs, mixing until well blended.
Pour over crust.
Top with combined remaining ingredients; sprinkle with reserved oat mixture.
Bake at 350°, 25 minutes.
Cool; cut into bars.
