 Cracked wheat1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon3/4 Teaspoon
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tart apple1 , unpeeled
 Sunflower seeds2 Tablespoon
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Leave the cracked wheat in water overnight.

MAKING
2.In a heavy sauce pan, put wheat, eater, cinnamon, raisins and cubed apple.
3.Let the ingredients cook until a boil comes.
4.Once done, reduce the flame and allow the ingredients to cook for 10-30 minutes, till the time wheat gets soft.
5.Add sesame and sunflower seeds.

SERVING
6.Serve hot.
