Apple Pudding Recipe
This Apple Pudding recipe is a delicious keeper and always a plus in my cookbook! Best enjoyed as a Dessert this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. The Apple Pudding is made with Fruits which is easily available at any grocery store. How long will you deprive yourself of Apple Pudding? Go ahead and try it now.
Ingredients
Cream:
1/4 lb. butter
Add:
1 beaten egg
Sift:
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Add:
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 c. peeled & shredded Rome Beauty apples
Directions
Mix together.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, until pulls away from pan.
