Apple Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
Cream:
1/4 lb. butter
Add:
1 beaten egg
Sift:
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Add:
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 c. peeled & shredded Rome Beauty apples
Directions
Mix together.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, until pulls away from pan.
