Apple Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage-3 1/2 cups, crisp and shredded | ||
| Pineapple tid-bits-1 cup, canned (or fresh) | ||
| Apple | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Skim-milk mayonnaise-3/4 cup | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parsley- for garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except a few apple slices and parsley to it.
2) Mix well and toss the ingredients gently so that the mayonnaise coats them uniformly.
SERVING
3) Place the coleslaw in a bowl and garnish with parsley and apple wedges before serving.
