Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425*F.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, grated nutmeg, salt and flour.
3. Place the filling on the crust and cover it with the other.
4. Pop it into the oven and bake it for 50 minutes.
SERVING
5. Serve with maple sauce.
