Ingredients
4 cup apple, peeled, sliced thin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
6 pkts. Concentrated acesulfame-K
1 tsp grated lemon peel
Directions
Put the apple slices into a large non-stick pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
