Apple Pear Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| 1/4 cup cranberry-orange sauce | ||
| Pear | 1 Large | |
| Apple | 1 Large | |
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
Directions
In a small mixing bowl stir together yogurt and cranberry-orange sauce.
Place in freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
Core and cut pear into wedges, then core and cut apple into wedges.
Arrange pear and apple wedges on lettuce-lined plates.
Dollop with chilled yogurt mixture.
