| 2 apples, peeled and sliced | ||

Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add apple slices, four tablespoons of butter and honey and cook for five minutes; set aside
2. In a bowl, beat eggs with a tablespoon of water
3. Heat two tablespoons of butter in an omeletter pan and add the beaten eggs into it; cook till top is bubbly and do not stir
4. Lift with a fork upto the centre, allowing the liquid to flour underneath; cook till set
5. Add cooled apple mixture on one half, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, fold and flip into a plate

6. Serve as appropriate
