 1 1/2 quarts bread cubes, toasted until crisp
 5 apples, peeled and diced
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Walnuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Seedless raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 medium-size onion, finely chopped
 Finely minced parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Sage2 Teaspoon
 2 teaspoons marjoram butter or margarine, melted
 1 cup water or broth from cooking giblets

Directions

Combine the toasted bread cubes with apples, celery, walnuts, raisins, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, sage, and marjoram.
Mix the melted butter and broth and add to bread, tossing until blended.
