Apple N Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients
Unbaked double crust
6 cup sliced apples (peeled)
1 tsp apple juice
1/3 cup granulated fructose
2 tsp all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp apple pie spice
1/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine apples and apple juice in bowl, and toss to mix.
Combine fructose, flour, and apple pie spice in another bowl.
Stir to mix.
Sprinkle a third of the fructose mixture on bottom of 8 inch (20 cm) pastry-lined deep-dish pie pan.
Transfer apple and juice to pie pan.
Sprinkle with remaining fructose mixture.
Top with grated cheese.
Adjust top crust, and flute or pinch edges.
Then score top to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 to 60 minutes or until top becomes lightly browned.
