Apple Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Pillsbury | 2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| All Purpose or Unbleached | ||
| Flour | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 Cup(16 tbs), chopped | ||
| Apple Juice | 3/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 1/3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Stir in apples.
In small bowl, combine apple juice, oil and egg; blend well.
Add to dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400°F for 18 to 22 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool 1 minute; remove from muffin cups.
