Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2) In a bowl, combine oil, sugar, egg and milk.
3) Mix all the dry ingredients.
4) Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mix, stirring only enough to moisten the flour.
5) Then add the chopped apple.
MAKING
6) Dip the batter into oiled muffin tins, filling each cup 2/3 full.
7) Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
SERVING
8) Serve muffins with whipped cream or ice cream.
