Apple Muffins Recipe
Apple Muffins is my favorite. I served it for an informal get together at home for my family and my mother was so proud of me. Little did she know that the credit went to this wonderful Apple Muffins recipe.
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup sifted all purpose flour
1 egg
4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup liquid fat
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup peeled, shredded apples
Directions
Use muffin method, adding rind and apples after the liquids have been combined lightly with the dry ingredients.
