Apple Lemon Sauce Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Apples | 4 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Cream together butter and sugar until light.
Add eggs; beat well.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves.
Add alternately with grated apple, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in nuts and raisins.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan.
Bake in 350° oven 45 minutes or until done.
