Apple Grapefruit Molds Recipe
Apple grapefruit molds are fruit molds made with lime gelatin. Simple and really easy to prepare, the apple grapefruit mold is chilled and served right away. I love this with a fruit syrup of choice drizzled over it.
Ingredients
| 1 8 ounce can grapefruit sections | ||
| 1 3 ounce package lime-flavored gelatin | ||
| 1 cup diced unpared apple | ||
Directions
Drain grapefruit, reserving syrup; cut up grapefruit sections.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Add enough water to reserved syrup to make 1 cup; stir into dissolved gelatin.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in grapefruit and apple.
Pour into six 1/2 cup molds.
Chill till firm
