|Tart cooking apples||3 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, cored, and quartered|
|Grape juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Liquid fruit pectin||3 Ounce (Half Of A 6 Ounce Package)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|

Simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or til! very soft.
Place steel blade in work bowl; add 2 cups apple mixture.
Process till nearly smooth; remove to bowl.
Repeat with remaining, processing 2 cups at a time.
Measure 5 cups puree into Dutch oven.
Stir in sugar and lemon juice.
Bring to full rolling boil; boil vigorously 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in pectin and cinnamon.
Stir and skim off foam for 5 minutes.
Fill jars; process.
