Ingredients

 10 large apples, firm
 Fresh Fruit produce protector
 3 Skor bars
 CaramelĀ 1 Can (10oz)
 1 (12 ounce) brick cream cheese, softened

Directions

Use an apple wedger to core and slice apples.
Place apples in a large bowl.
Sprinkle generously with Fruit Fresh; toss to prevent apples from browning.
Cover and refrigerate.
Use a rolling pin to crush Skor bars between two sheets of waxed paper; set aside.
Use an electric mixer to blend caramel with cream cheese until smooth.
Mound caramel mixture in the center of a large platter.
Sprinkle crushed Skor bars on top.
Arrange apple slices around the caramel, and you are ready for dipping.
