Apple Filled German Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat pastry flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unbleached white flour - 1/4 cup | ||
| Applesauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 425 °Fahrenheit.
2 Spray a 9-inch pie plate with vegetable spray.
MAKING
3 In a medium-size bowl, using a whisk beat eggs until foamy
4 Gradually beat in the skim milk and honey.
5 In a small bowl, sift together whole wheat pastry flour and unbleached white flour.
6 Blend together using a whisk.
7 Blend with the egg mixture until mixed.
8 Into prepared pan, pour the mixture.
9 Bake on the middle shelf of oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
10 Remove from the oven.
11 Fill the Applesauce in the indentation.
12 Sprinkle with cinnamon.

13 Slice, and serve immediately
