Apple Cranberry Relish Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Unbaked 9" pie shell | ||
| Apples | 6 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| 1/3 cup cranberry relish, canned or frozen | ||
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine apples, cranberry relish, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
Turn into pie shell.
Bake in 400° oven 45 minutes or until apples are tender
