Apple Cranberry Fruit Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups apple cider op apple juice | ||
| 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar | ||
| 4 bags cranberry-flavored tea | ||
| Mixed dried fruit | 7 Ounce | |
| Granny smith apples | 3 Medium | |
Directions
In a large saucepan combine apple cider and apricot nectar.
Bring to boiling; remove from heat.
Add tea bags.
Cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
Remove tea bags.
Meanwhile, cut up any large pieces of dried fruit.
Add dried fruit and apple chunks to cider mixture.
Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or just until apple chunks are tender.(Do not over cook fresh apples.)
