 All purpose flour6 Tablespoon (FILLING)
Brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (FILLING)
 Baking powder1/4 Teaspoon (FILLING)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon (FILLING)
 Vegetable oil1 1/2 Tablespoon (FILLING)
1 tablespoon fruit juice, preferably apple or cranberry
1 container (8 ounces) nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly coat 9 X 9 x 2-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Make filling: In large bowl, toss together apples, cranberries, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Transfer to prepared baking pan.
3. Make topping: In medium bowl, stir together oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt, until no lumps of brown sugar remain. In small bowl, stir together oil and fruit juice. Drizzle juice mixture over oat mixture and toss until evenly moistened and crumbly. Press together small handfuls of oat mixture to make streusel-like pieces, and arrange on top of apple filling to cover.
4. Bake in 375° oven until topping is browned and filling is bubbly, 40 to 45 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt, if desired.
