Ingredients

 2 quarts chopped, cored, pared, tart apples
 Raisins2 Pound
 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 cup chopped sweet red peppers
 Brown sugar4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mustard seed3 Tablespoon
 Ginger2 Tablespoon
 Allspice2 Teaspoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 2 hot red peppers, finely chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Vinegar1 Quart

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Simmer until thick, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
As mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
