 Apples8 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dried apricots2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chopped Instant Onions - 1/2 cup
 Brown sugar1 pound
 Vinegar1 Pint
 Ground ginger1 Tablespoon
 Mint Flakes - 1 tablespoon
 Ground allspice2 Teaspoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seed1 Tablespoon
 Red cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon
 Instant Minced Garlic - 1/8 teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Skin apples and core it. Chop coarsely.
2) Chop apricots. Measure and keep aside.

MAKING
3) In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
4) Cook and simmer for 1 hour until thick.
5) Pour the mixture beans, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
6) Seal immediately.

SERVING
7) Pass with lamb, pork, capon or duckling.
