| Dried apricots | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chopped Instant Onions - 1/2 cup | ||

| Vinegar | 1 Pint | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mint Flakes - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Ground allspice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seed | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Instant Minced Garlic - 1/8 teaspoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Skin apples and core it. Chop coarsely.
2) Chop apricots. Measure and keep aside.
MAKING
3) In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
4) Cook and simmer for 1 hour until thick.
5) Pour the mixture beans, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
6) Seal immediately.
SERVING
7) Pass with lamb, pork, capon or duckling.
