Apple Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
| Apples | 1 Pound, chopped | |
| Onions | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Sultanas | 3 Ounce | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Pint | |
| Sugar in the raw | 2 Ounce | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sea salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Cook the apple, onion, sultanas (golden seedless raisins) and dates in the vinegar until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Bring to the boil and simmer until you have a thick chutney.
Put into clean, hot jars and allow to cool before covering.
