Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add water and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture; mixing well.
Add oats, chips, apples and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake in 375° oven 10-12 minutes or until done.
