|Granny smith apples||2 Medium, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen dark sweet cherries||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|

|Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Fine dry breadcrumbs||2 Tablespoon|

Combine low-fat yogurt, oil, and orange juice; stir well.
Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture, and stir just until blended.
Spoon into a 9-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine apple slices and lemon juice; toss gently.
Arrange apple slices and cherries over batter in pan; sprinkle with A cup sugar.
Combine 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, and margarine; stir until well blended.
Stir in breadcrumbs and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
