Apple Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. nonfat cottage cheese
2/3 cup nonfat sour cream
4 tsp fructose
2 eggs
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch cinnamon
1 juice of one lemon
4 small apples, peeled, cored, and sliced into half moons
Graham cracker Crust (optional)
Directions
Beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, fructose, eggs, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth.
Stir in the lemon juice.
Spread half the apples in the bottom, over a crust if you like.
Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the apples.
Top with the remaining apples.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) or until set.
Cool completely.
