Ingredients

 Cooking oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Flour3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soda1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Walnuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chopped3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light brown sugar1 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping:)
 Butter stick/Margarine1 (Topping:)
 Orange juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping:)

Directions

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs and blend well.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla by hand.
Blend in nuts and apples.
Spoon batter into a well-greased tube or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and pour topping over cake.
Return cake to oven and bake 15 minutes more.
Cool on wire rack.
Slide knife around cake to loosen.
For topping- Cook over low heat for 3 minutes after the mixture starts boiling.
Pour over cake and continue as directed.
