Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 c corn germ oil
2/3 c honey
1 egg, beaten
1 c wholewheat pastry flour
1/2 t sea salt
1 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
2 c apples, unpeeled and chopped
1 c currants, soaked
1 c pecans, broken
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into 9-inch layer cake pan, greased and floured.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
