Directions
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
2.Take a 9x13 baking pan and spray it with a non-stick cooking spray.
3.Peel and dice the apples.
MAKING
4.In a large bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir it until well combined.
5.Add the flour in it along with the cinnamon.Stir together in a dough.
6.Next add the apples in the above flour mixture.
7.Empty the packet of the butterscotch morsels in it. Stir well to combine.
8.Spread the mixture in the prepared baking pan.
9.Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the mixture and press down lightly with hand.
10.Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
11.Once done, remove from oven and cool before cutting into bars.
SERVING
12.Place on a decorative platter and serve.
