Apple Butter Oat Bran Muffins Recipe

|Oat bran||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|Apple butter/Spiced apple butter / peach butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Refrigerated egg product||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed (Or Frozen)|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped pitted whole dates||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|

Make a well in the center of flour mixture.
In a medium bowl combine apple butter,buttermilk, egg product, honey, and oil.
Add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).
Fold in the chopped dates.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-fourths full.
Bake in a 400°F oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool muffins in pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
Remove from muffin cups.
