Apple Butter Crumb Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups crushed graham wafers | ||
| 1/2 cup flake coconut | ||
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Applesauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soft butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix the first four ingredients together.
Sprinkle about 1/3 of the crumb mixture into a buttered 9 X 6-inch bake dish.
Mix applesauce and lemon juice.
Spread half the applesauce on the crumbs and cover with another 1/3 of the crumbs and remaining applesauce.
Rub butter into the leftover crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
