 2 tablespoons diet margarine
 2 slices day-old white bread, cubed
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Apples4 Medium
 Granulated Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Allspice1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Melt diet margarine in medium skillet over medium heat; add bread cubes and saute until brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
3. Peel, core and slice apples; place in medium bowl. Toss with sugar replacement, allspice and lemon juice. Place in lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover dish with foil. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
