Apple Blueberry Bok Choy Salad Recipe Video

Everything I make is a salad pretty much..a blender & food processor may change all that LOL!

Ingredients

 
1 apple cut up (you can add more & i used red delicious cuz that's what I had)
 
4-5 stalks bok choy roughly chopped
 
1/2 cucumber sliced or roughly chopped
 
handful cilantro (cut up finely)
 
1 1/2 cup blueberrie (I used frozed but fresh would be so much better)
 
1 med red onion soaked in 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, pinch or 2 of sea salt & 1tbsp maple syrup

Directions

marinade/dressing
2-3 tbsp of lemon juice
pinch of sea salt (to taste)
1 tbsp dulse flakes (I'm trying not to use soy products otherwise I would use nama shoyu or braggs)
ground cinnamon (to taste, do not leave out--makes the dish)
2 tbsp of sesame oil
few shakes Mrs Dash original blend
maple syrup or agave syrup to taste
