Apple Beet and Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 medium-size beets | ||
| Water to cover | ||
| Tuna | 1 7 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 medium-size tart apple, peeled if desired, cored and cubed | ||
| Stalk celery | 1 , chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Dill | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt, pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Cook beets in water to cover until tender.
Drain, peel and cube.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Chill.
Serve on salad greens, topped with more mayonnaise if desired.
