Ingredients

 4 medium-size beets
 Water to cover
 Tuna1 7 Ounce, drained
 1 medium-size tart apple, peeled if desired, cored and cubed
 Stalk celery1 , chopped
 Mayonnaise4 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Tablespoon, minced
 Dill1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Cook beets in water to cover until tender.
Drain, peel and cube.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Chill.
Serve on salad greens, topped with more mayonnaise if desired.
