Apple Baked Squash Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium butternut squash, halved lengthwise, peeled and seeded | ||
| 1 medium apple, quartered, peeled, and seeded | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Flour | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut squash into 1/2 -inch slices.
In 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange slices.
Cut apple into thin slices; place on top of squash.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well blended.
Drop by spoonfuls over apple squash mixture.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with plastic wrap.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM for 17 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with 2 pieces of plastic wrap; heat on COOK 5.
After heating; release plastic wrap.
Let STAND, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
